Crockett & Jones is committed to the quality of our footwear; if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn items in their original packaging within 28 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Request a Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to initiate your request and receive a return authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn shoes in their original box, ensuring all dust bags and accessories are included, then secure the box inside a protective shipping carton.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and attach it firmly to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous delivery labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your parcel to the designated courier service and retain your proof of postage; your refund will be processed once the items pass our quality inspection.
